What I ate Wednesday is hosted by Peas and Crayons to satisfy that curiosity in all of us about what everyone else on the internets is eating. I thought I’d participate this week to give you a glimpse into what I’m eating now that I’m trying to lose weight.
8:00 am-Breakfast: Wallaby banana vanilla yogurt with 1/3 cup classic granola
Wallaby is my absolute favorite yogurt! Sometimes I go to Whole Foods for the sole purpose of buying this yogurt, it’s that good.
12:00 pm-Lunch: Turkey, ham, spinach, and pepper jack cheese sandwich on rye bread and strawberries.
3:30 pm-Snack: Banana with peanut butter
While I’m at work I always try and drink 2 nalgenes worth of water.
7:00 pm- Dinner: Barbecue chicken prepared on the grill and roasted brussel sprouts tossed in some olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
With 2 large glasses of crystal light pink lemonade.
It was a good day of healthy eats, indeed!
